4. The purpose: teacher digital competences training on how :

·         To recognize and create the technical competences of using ICT knowledge in building and designing attractive interactive classroom for effective and deeper teaching and learning

·         Enhance the knowledge and power of using digital tools with advanced applications by building interactive models in conjunction with special application software.

·         Increase their competences and experiences in using special educational software as online and offline platforms for launching new knowledge and concepts in a digitalized model for advanced pedagogical purposes.

·         As a result, at the end of this training program teachers will:

o   Teachers increase the level of didactic competences in the implementation and integration of new pedagogical instances in digitalized world with some highly capable digital users in the classrooms.

o   Teachers increase the level of their abilities for active learning and all-inclusive learning.

o   Teachers are able to build digital labs and applied didactic software

o   further develop their digital skills and orientate new learners' recognition in these interactive digital methods and tools.
